At Pinak Bathware, we aim to deliver your products safely and on time. This Shipping & Postage Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once an order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking details.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are not included at checkout.
- The applicable shipping cost will be shared with you after checkout via WhatsApp or by our support team.
- Your order will be processed and shipped after confirmation of the shipping charges.
Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery time is 6–8 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
- Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, courier delays, or regional restrictions.
Shipping Partners
- We ship orders through trusted third-party courier and logistics partners.
- Pinak Bathware is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the order has been handed over.
Delivery Address
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.
- Pinak Bathware shall not be liable for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Order Tracking
- Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, depending on the contact information provided.
- You can track your order using the provided tracking number.
Failed Deliveries & Reattempts
- In case of failed delivery due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, re-delivery may be attempted as per courier partner policies.
- Additional shipping charges, if any, for reattempts may be borne by the customer.
Damaged or Missing Packages
- If you receive a damaged package or notice tampering, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
- For empty or tampered packages, an unboxing video is mandatory for verification.
- Issues will be handled as per our Return & Refund Policy .
Non-Serviceable Areas
- Certain pin codes may not be serviceable by our courier partners.
- In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order and process a full refund.
International Shipping
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are delivered within India only.
