Return & refund policy
At Pinak Bathware, we design and source each product to ensure the highest quality and satisfaction. We hope you love your purchase! However, if you need to return a product, we are here to make the process simple and hassle-free.
We offer refunds ONLY in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product.
- You received a damaged product.
- You received an empty package.
How to request a return:
- If you received a wrong, damaged, expired, or empty product, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 89201 37495 within 7 (seven) days of delivery.
- We offer a 7-day return window. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Share relevant proof such as pictures, videos, or any supporting documentation.
- For empty packages, we request that you record a video of the unboxing for verification.
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item. After inspection, we will inform you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Additional details:
- Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. Orders not yet shipped can be cancelled.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for us to review your request. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep through our courier partner.
- Upon receiving the returned order, our team will verify the issue. If confirmed, your refund will be processed within 24 hours.
